Our high level of quality and service extends to our vendor philosophy and how we work with suppliers and service providers. Arkansas Early Learning purchases a variety of products and services to keep our operations running. The majority of these purchases are centrally managed through RFPs released by our Central Office fiscal and management teams: Facilities, Education, Transportation, Human Resources, ERSEA (Recruitment), Family & Community, Health, and Mental Health/Disabilities. Lower-dollar value buys are handled through other purchasing policies and activities. To keep our services efficient and cost-effective, we do business with large and small suppliers that provide performance excellence. In promoting and developing a diverse supplier base, we continue to ensure that no supplier is excluded from opportunities or given preference to compete, on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, or national origin.
All AEL Vendors Must:
NOT be debarred or excluded from receiving Federal contracts, certain subcontracts, or certain types of Federal financial and non-financial assistance and benefits.
Agree and refer to contract for other terms and conditions.
