Children At PlayChildren SittingArkansas Early Learning, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established to serve the needs of children and families throughout the State of Arkansas. One of our core beliefs is that everyone, no matter what their circumstances, deserves an opportunity for a better life.  Our goal is to provide early childhood education and other family services to the most vulnerable Arkansans through the acquisition of grant funding coupled with the generosity of community citizens, businesses, and volunteers.  Being the absolute best stewards of public funds is an important part of our mission.  For this reason we will use innovative program design techniques and a strong Information Technology department to streamline services and processes.  This assures the delivery of these services maintains quality while running at peak efficiency.  

Arkansas Early Learning, Inc. currently operates 20 locations in Arkansas including Head Start programs in Craighead, Crittenden, Cross, Greene, Jackson, and Poinsett Counties.  These quality preschool centers are located in Jonesboro, Paragould, West Memphis, Wynne, Swifton, Earle, Trumann, Caraway, Newport, Harrisburg, Marked Tree, & Weiner, Arkansas.

Jonesboro, Arkansas – Arkansas Early Learning, Inc. is pleased to announce it has been awarded an annual grant in the amount of $1,428,701 from the Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families. Arkansas Early Learning currently operates Head Start/Pre-K services for 947 children and their families annually in Craighead, Crittenden, Cross, Greene, Jackson, and Poinsett Counties. The newly awarded grant will provide additional funding for new Early Head Start services in Garland and portions of Pulaski County - increasing the number of children served annually by 96, to 1043.

Jonesboro, Arkansas – Arkansas Early Learning, Inc. is pleased to announce it has received a $28,500 grant from the Carl B. & Florence E. King Foundation for Craighead, Crittenden, Cross, Greene, Jackson, and Poinsett Counties. These funds will support the Lending Library Program in each of our 19 Head Start/Pre-K centers throughout Northeast Arkansas.
